Cristiana Radu is a visual artist and fervent illustrator, residing in Bucharest, Romania. She has a Master's degree (2006) in Visual Arts and is specialized in Graphics and Painting.

She enjoys making book illustrations and has published 10 titles so far. She also likes to decorate children's rooms and coordinates workshops with children of different ages.

Her designs are fresh, innovative and dreamy, and her style combines fairy realism and a distinctive decorative manner, betraying influences that range from Art Nouveau to illuminated manuscripts and from Japanese to French and Russian cultures (picture book).
